The Council's Second Faction Era was a major conflict in Le Conseil Discord's Server lasting for severals months. Unlike the [[The Civil War (2021)|First Faction Era]], this conflict only lasted 3 months and involved severals individuals outside of le Conseil, such as [[TheDank]].

Following the abolishment of the factions and the end of the [[The Civil War (2021)]], the old system returned to the server. This led to a period of peace between all members of Le Conseil, lasting for 8 days before a user by the name of [[Painquinsiste|General Panquinsiste]] joined on January 7th and toke over the server. The regime didn't last long, as [[Lo]] and [[RomanG]] accused [[HoesForToes]] of committing a coup and retoke control of the server the next day, kicking [[Painquinsiste]] out of the Discord Server. To prevent any other coups, [[Lo]] and [[RomanG]] established the [[Council Protection Force|Council Protection Force (CPF)]], which proved to be efficient as it led the server to a period of inactivity for many months.
