The Independent Security Exchange (ISX) was a faction on Le Conseil's Discord server. It was founded on June 8th 2021 by HoesforToes. The ISX took considerable server power on June 8th and remained the single largest threat to the IDF for most of June. Because the Independent Security Exchange only ever had one member, it became a rather inactive faction.
