The Second Exile of Zagger happened at the end of the Civil war. Zagger decided to leave everything related to the council, which includes:

1. Leaving Le Conseil's Discord server
2. Leaving Le Conseil's Hangouts group

Before leaving the Discord server, Zagger announced the dissolution of Decimation Incorporated. The end of DEC sparked discussions in the Discord server that led to the dissolution of the remaining factions and the official end of the Civil War on December 30th 2021.
